Whilst the Ultimate Linings high pressure polyurethane system has a wide range of applications, it is particularly suitable for the transport industry and for all types of commercial vehicles, including, trucks, vans, specialised transport, refrigerated vehicles, prisoner / arrested persons custody vehicles, agricultural feed transport, trailers etc.

The spray on lining has a multitude of advantages. It permanently seals out and prevents rust and corrosion, binds to virtually any surface including fibreglass, tolerates extreme temperatures, will not crack or warp, is environmentally safe, is resistant to common chemicals, oils and fuels and is non skid and maintenance free. It can be power washed clean in seconds and comes with a comprehensive warranty and guarantee. It will also greatly increase the residual value of the vehicle.

Commercial vehicles

Our spray on lining can be applied in any thickness and texture and in a wide variety of colours. It is environmentally friendly and unlike some lining materials contains no solvents or VOC's and is totally odourless.

For use in the transport of livestock or horse transport / trailers the Ultimate Linings system is the ideal system for sealing the floors / interior of the vehicles leading to ease of cleaning and with the anti bacterial additive make the application a fully hygienic solution. In the transport of equestrian livestock extra protection can be given by increasing the thickness of the coating - this solution is also a lightweight alternative to the classic rubber matting. The anti bacterial treatment is already regularly used widely in emergency vehicles or ambulances.
