Ultimate Linings roofing system is a fully adhered, monolithic, watertight polyurethane coating. It can be applied as part of a new build, in retrofit or part of a maintenance application and can be used for waterproofing roofs of all types, including felt, concrete, bitumen, asbestos type sheeting, tiles, plywood and metal decking. The unique Ultimate Linings system provides a seamless, maintenance free, fast drying coating that seals and protects all exterior roof problems. It gives a totally weather resistant surface that can withstand extreme temperatures. The service temperature is -40F to 250F (-40°C to 121°C).
