Boat Repair and Maintenance, Anti- Slip, Antimicrobial Coating and Anti Fouling system for Marine Applications
All Ultimate Linings applications are environmentally friendly, contain no solvents; VOC's or CFC's and comply with all recently introduced EU regulations. This is a spray on system that can either be applied in dry dock or in-situ, it takes only a few minutes to apply with the major advantage that it is dry and ready to use within minutes, thus minimising the downtime or out of use time for the vessel.
Particularly for vessel hulls the Ultimate Lining system can be used as an effective anti fouling protection. Unlike other conventional fouling protection technology this spray on system produces an almost indestructible smooth, slick and slippery surface. Being basically inert once applied does not allow the organisms to attach and therefore they are dispersed by the motion of the water movement. The Ultimate linings coating system is an effective, environmentally safe solution to the problem of marine fouling. All Ultimate Linings applications come with a comprehensive warranty and guarantee.
This spray polyurea lining system is used extensively in marine applications. It permanently seals out and prevents rust and corrosion, binds permanently to almost any surface or substrate including fibreglass, wood, steel and aluminium. The coating tolerates extreme temperatures (working temp between -40°C to 121°C), will not crack or warp, it is also resistant to most common chemicals including acid, oils, petrol and diesel fuel.
The surface may be applied smooth or non-skid / anti slip (in compliance with BS7976-2:2002 and BS EN1341:2001) and is available in any colour. It can be powerwashed in a matter of seconds.

If required we can also integrate the Ultimate Linings Anti Microbial system into the coating. This can be of particular importance where total hygiene is required such as fish landing / preparation or in food preparation areas such as the galley environment.
As well as a standard surface where the coating Ultimate Linings Northern can also offer a polyurethane foam for use on both the interior or exterior surfaces of boats, yachts and canal barges. In addition to its waterproofing properties this system is ideal for soundproofing, noise and vibration reduction. Service temperature -15°C to 70°C
